REQUIREMENTS
Competitors shall meet the requirements of World Sailing Regulation 19-Eligibility Code.
Competitors shall be members of an Hobie National Class Association recognised by the International Hobie Class Association.

- Youth > helmsman age up to 21 at 12/31/23
- Master > helmsman age over 45 on 12/31/23
- Grandmaster > helmsman over 55 on 12/31/23
